1.        Paper presentation, unquestionably the most important event of a symposium and we agree, thats how it should be.  So if you've got the gift of the gab, an inquisitive mind and the patience for in-depth, study a topic and get to work...!

Paper presentation Rules and Guidelines

1. Maximum of 2 participants per team. Students from different colleges can form a team.

2. A participant can be a part of only one team. Each team can submit only one paper.

3. Each team will be given 7 minutes to present the paper followed by a 3 minute Q&A session with the jury and audience.        

4. The ENTIRE PAPER must be mailed on or before  03/08/2012 to  infraz12@gmail.com

5. Shortlisted teams will be announced on 04/08/2012 and the finalists will be intimated by mail.

6. Selected participants must bring 3 hard copies and 1 soft copy on the day of the presentation

7. The format of the paper is as follows:

        Font size                 - 12pts

        Font Type               - Times New Roman

        Line Spacing          - 1.5 pts

        One inch (1") margins on all sides

        Number of pages should not exceed 12

8. Any violation of the above mentioned rules or failure to conform to the guidelines will lead to rejection of the paper.

On a lighter note, we have mentioned the above rules to ensure a fair and unbiased judgement and evaluation of the paper. Please stick to the guidelines and contact us if you have any doubts....

�      Participants must bring their college Identity Card.

�      College buses are available for transportation.  

�      The on-line registered students are requested to  collect their identification cards at our reception on the day of event.?
